Don't forget that the next meeting is on March 12th, at 1:00-3:00 at the Chapel, and go in at door #9.

Whoever is doing demonstrations, don't forget to come prepared to present them.

Sorry that I can't post pictures, because the photos I took last meeting, got deleted by a "special someone." But the pictures that I take at this meeting, will definately be posted!

January 2010 Meeting

ELECTIONS AND REGISTRATION MEETING

SHOW AND TELL Grab your favorite project posters and easily transportable projects to give other families project ideas for registering.

The next 4-H meeting is a week from today. Happy New Year!

We're spending time picking projects and registering so, if you can, BRING YOUR CHECKBOOK. Forms, project manual price lists and 2010 rules books will be at the meeting. DON'T bring snacks.

Blue Ribbons Election Ballot

The nominations for offices showed lots of willing and able 4-Hers. Thank you all for your consideration in the nominating process.

Individuals not elected for one office may be moved into nominations for other positions if they desire, and nominations will be accepted from the floor at the January meeting. ESPECIALLY those we felt too young to consider for the office of president....consider some other area of service. AND REMEMBER, there's always that bright future ahead!

December Meeting

Please note that our planning meeting notes from October are listed in the previous entry. Scroll down in the posting of 10/28 and see the description of officers for the new year. Please talk with your 3rd grade and above 4-Hers about those jobs and how they might contribute to the club this year. At the December 11 meeting they will have opportunity to say if they would like to run for an office. We are encouraging them to volunteer for service, not just nominate others. Officers will then be elected in January. Those under 3rd grade (minis and cloverbuds) get to watch and learn.

Meeting: Friday, December 11, 2009 1-3 pm The Chapel

Bring: Christmas snack and men's white socks and/or underwear(size XL or larger) for prison ministry. Donations will go through a house church at Grace Gathering in New Haven.

WE ARE NOT HAVING A 4-H GIFT EXCHANGE.
